I'm sorry but the boost guardian is not the most annoying boss in Metroid prime 2 for me that would be the wall guardian. The puzzle and the way you have to be completely perfect with your bomb jumping in order to reach the end before it does and resets everything is so infuriating it made me want to smash my controller

About the Kessler fight He's just your powers but MUCH stronger

Planade G, from Blaster Master Zero two. The final boss of the normal ending sets you up with a problem right off the bat. You are fighting an entire planet, in a game where you can’t shoot DOWN. And while it hopefully doesn’t take long to figure out you need to use the Gia system to damage it via heavy impacts, just jumping never triggered the Gia system before, and won’t help you now. You need to gain altitude to really damage the mutant planet, and using your tank’s hover system will only do chip damage. You have to platform across these tiny moving chunks of rock to do any real damage, and these platforms collapse shortly after you land on them. And Planade G isn’t making this easy for you. Not only do you have to fight off a constant barrage of enemies, Planade G will all too often move its eyes off screen, becoming invulnerable until its eyes return. Meaning that in the time it takes you to get lucky and get a good damaging ground pound prepped, the boss can just run off and not take any damage! But the worst part. The WORST PART. IT. CAN. HEAL. Planade G will eat its own minions, recovering a large chunk of health, undoing all your progress. The best course of action is to just ignore the boss, farm minions for health, and settle for chip damage untill you get lucky enough to finally kill it.

Hold on, I have an idea, make the water controls good, make the hip check normal, and slow it down a bit and that should make the number 3 at least bearable

The worst part of wily capsule 7 is you have to do the boss rush if you game over. Pizza Letdown was definitely intended as a joke, but they took the joke too fat. For your boss syndrome pick, Magaki is wayyyy worse than Gill.

Center platform camping to bait his orbs and destroy them at a distance more times than not almost completely trivializes this fight for me and I've gotten so used to it. But yeah, the 4th step still makes him a huge problem regardless of how consistent you are with this method. But hey, it helps quite a bit. Not enough to fix the boss though, lol

I actually just beat Gill in Street Fighter 3 Third Strike just a few days ago, and I suck at street fighter! Normal mode fyi. He's really not that hard. The hardest thing about him is his resurrection move but honestly as long as you have an HP lead you can easily interrupt his revive and cause him only to restore 25% to 50% of his HP. So as long as you have more HP than him after he revives you should be good, especially when Gill's meter charges so slowly compared to other characters and he only has one bar. He almost never uses his other supers, only resurrection which can be easily interrupted so he doesn't FULLY revive. Honestly Gill is a pretty fair but difficult fight, especially if you know how to actually play the game right with blocks and parrys and supers and specials and ex moves. Unlike me, a first time player with little to no knowledge on the tech, who even then only used 8 continues on him. M.Bison in Street Fighter Alpha 3 is WAY more unfair since his special is an instakill unblocked and if you lose JUST ONCE you don't get a second chance. You just get a bad ending (M-Bison's ending) and get booted to the title screen. Yeah Gil is probably harder but at least you get infinite tries against him. Against Alpha 3 Bison you DON'T get a second chance. (at least in the arcade version, which is the version included in the collections)

And the whole part of Federation High Command being self-serving a-holes is kinda why I actually think Other M isn't as bad as people claim. Not only does it help to answer many questions that undoubtedly arose in Fusion, but it also contributes more to the lore than, say, Prime Pinball and Prime Hunters, the former of which I absolutely refuse to acknowledge.

Not gonna lie, I totally expected Shaq Fu A Legend Reborn to be on the list, or at least a dishonorable mention.

Okay, I was somewhat expecting either Trap Phantasm or Cannonball to top the list, not almost every boss theme from Metal Gear Rising Revengeance.

Yeah, Soul Asylum does sound less like something in a MegaMan X game and more like something out of Silent Hill. Wouldn't put it behind Capcom to copy Konami's homework, then again, Konami is the type of player to always cheat. Edit: Dude, Scorbunny plush. Galar got way more hate than I feel it deserved. Edit 2: Love the use of the Law & Order gavel there. Edit 3: I agree we need X9, but I just wanna say we also need ZX3.

I remember the boss in the 4th mansion in Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon. It was a turret segment. And the aiming wasn't always accurate. Even worse is the turret shooting bombs at the ice shields on the ghost can overheat and you'd have to restart the boss fight from the beginning. There was also this monster mini-boss in Paper Mario. It was underwhelming, especially for an enemy you encounter in the second to the last chapter in Paper Mario. Maybe if it was a little tougher or placed in chapter 3 instead of chapter 7 it would've been ok.

You forgot the kicker about MM7 Final Boss; The boss rush and Wily are part of the same stage. If you lose all your lives, you have to redo the boss rush as well...

Bed of Chaos may be the most infamous boss in terms of concepts that just don't work on paper, (It's sad when you understand why) but I would comfortably throw out my counter argument into the ring and say that Lud & Zallen, The King's Pets from Dark Souls 2 to be 10x worse and makes the Bed of Chaos look like a children's playground by comparison. A list of bullshit are provided by the following: 1: Boring reskin from Aava, which is a good boss 2: THERE'S TWO OF THEM?! 3: Hitting them _degrades your weapons_ 4: _Passive healing_ 5: An enraged mode that boosts one to a scary attack and defense buff when the other is slain 6: When you die, enjoy your 4+ minute runback and enjoy getting fucked in the ass by ice horses and their OBNOXIOUS tracking that's nearly impossible to avoid while you're wandering in a blizzard 7: They're in a 10 dollar DLC. There's a reason why people skip this boss in every playthrough. The *only* saving grace is that you can have up to 3 summon phantoms to help guide you through this path of pain. But if you didn't know about it beforehand? _HHAhahahahahahahaha...._

Number 10 can be made somewhat easy, if you know the mog in that world sell the Balloon Command which is the earliest you can get it and every DDD players knows how stupidly broken Balloons are.
